Prices listed below are if you book the option by itself, combo discounts available. Returning in 2019 for birthday parties, the birthday child will receive a complimentary gift from Scheumann Farm. When you book you will also have the opportunity to purchase party favors that we can give to the children in attendance. Travel fees may apply to prices below depending on size of event, and distance (generally over 100 miles). We also offer payment plans!
The mobile petting farm includes a mini horse or mini donkey, calf, goats, sheep, pigs or alpacas, bunny, and chicken or chicks. Your guests will have also have an opportunity to feed and brush our friendly animals! The price is $300 the first hour then $100 each additional hour.
Species may vary based on time of year, setup chosen and other factors.
Would you love to have pony rides at your next party? We bring a pony to be used for hand led pony rides in your designated area. Since we do hand led pony rides we are pretty flexible on the space required for the rides! Also if you are having a unicorn party we can add a unicorn horn to the pony that you can keep as a keep sake at the end of the event! Pony rides are $250 for 1 hour then $50 each additional 30 mins.
This is a commercial grade 13' X 13' farm themed bounce house! It can accommodate 8 people or up to 800 pounds (whichever comes first).
The price for the bounce house is $200 for the day or if you book during an event with the petting farm or pony rides it is $100 for the length of the event.
We have an 18 foot tall inflatable slide that is perfect for your next party. The price is $400 by itself or $500 with the bounce house.

Nativity Scenes / winter events
From November - March when the weather gets cold you can still enjoy some of our events at your event! From a nativity scene to birthdays we can do it all. We have a few different options for this time of year to meet your needs.
Animals available to choose from: mini horse / mini donkey, calf, goats, sheep, alpaca, chicken and bunny.
You may also choose to have an outside pen setup or do the event on our heated trailer. The price is $300 the first hour then $100 each additional hour.
New for 2019-2020 is our camel! Contact us for pricing to add our camel to your event.
We are so proud to announce that we now offer 2 commercial grade 16oz block out grade pole tents! We have a 20' X 40' and a 30' X 30' with sidewalls option available. Tents will be set up on grass with anchor stakes 6 - 7 feet beyond the edge of the tent. This means that the 20' X 40' tent would need an area approx 32' X 52' and the 30' X 30' would need an area approx 42' X 42'. These would be perfect for your backyard party!
The price for the 20' X 40' is $400 for your event $450 with sidewalls.
The price for the 30' X 30' is $500 for your event $550 with sidewalls.
These prices are valid for Allen County Indiana or within 30 miles of Woodburn, IN. Travel fee of $1 per mile added for locations outside this range.
$50 non refundable deposit due at time of booking with remainder due the day that the tent is setup.
Cancellation Policy for all events
The Client may choose to cancel their event with no penalty up to 1 week before the scheduled event date. If the client cancels between 1 week and 24 hours before the event, they will receive a $50 cancellation fee. If the client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, for a reason aside from the reasons discussed in the “exceptions” below, they will be charged up to 100% of the event contract fee at Scheumann Farm's discretion. Any eligible prepaid money would be left as a credit for a future event. If Scheumann Farm cancels the event for ANY reason besides weather or safety, the client will receive a gift certificate for a minimum value of $50.
i.Exceptions for weather:
If weather looks like it may hinder the event, the Client is responsible for contacting Scheumann Farm to discuss possible options. In the event that weather causes a cancellation
Between 12 hours - 24 hours before the scheduled event start time and the Client agrees to reschedule the event, no cancellation fee will be charged.
1 - 12 hours prior to scheduled event start time, 50% of the total bill will be charged.
If the Client cancels the event after Scheumann Farm arrives at event location the full total will be due.
The Client gives Scheumann Farm permission to halt operations of Scheumann Farm’s services at their discretion due to weather. Scheumann Farm will resume operations at their discretion if time allows and it is safe for both guests and the animals.
